As VP - Administration & Operations, Dominic heads the Acron Consulting Global Service Delivery teams being passionate about delivering with Operational Excellence and ensuring Customer Delight. Dominic also leads the Acron's Technology Group to develop solutions that keep Acron in stead with the fast- paced IT & Document Management Industry. Involved in Strategy and instrumental in Planning and Execution, he drives key initiatives that make Acron Consulting endearing to share holders, customers and employees. Working with the sales team to create a formidable force in reaching out to prospective clients and client retention, he is involved in placing Acron Consulting with a position of advantage in the marketplace.

Prior to Joining Acron Consulting Dominic held various leadership positions in the IT & BPO industry. Spanning over 10 years in companies like Dell, Call World Technologies and Frontlinesoft. A post-graduate in Economics, Dominic also holds an advanced diploma in Computer Aplications. As an administrator he has also designed procedural applications that are core to Institutionalizing the company's various inter departmental functionalities.

Ms. Kovitch brings 16 years of paralegal litigation support, has a strong background in managing complex document intensive litigation and has provided trial support in numerous venues throughout the country. Michelle attributes much of her success to using CT Summation’s case management software for effective and efficient case management from beginning to end. Ms. Kovitch is a CT Summation Certified Trainer and Top Reseller.

Ms. Kovitch offers combined litigation management and Summation case experience to ensure the seamless integration of key litigation technologies to various members of the legal field including, law firms, IT/LitSupport departments, expert witnesses, corporations, colleges, court reporters and document service bureaus within the Southeast. Experienced in creating, modifying and loading DII files, creating and modifying forms, loading transcripts and eDiscovery.Effectively communicates and provides strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
